1.MrSiga routine
1.1 Can I find physical Mrsiga stores?
Mrsiga  only offers products online, no physical stores.
1.2 Where can you send Mrsiga ?
We can ship to almost anywhere in USA.
1.3 In what currency are the articles quoted?
All items are priced in US dollars

2. Products
Couple items -
2.1 Is the pair item sold as a set?
Yes, our couple item is sold as a set.

3. Payment
3.1 What payment methods can I use?
Paypal/debit card/credit card, etc.
3.2 How can I use my coupons?
For each order, you can only use one available coupon.
Please fill in the discount code at the time of purchase.

4. About orders
4.1 How can I know if I have been charged for the order?
You will receive an order confirmation email.
4.2 What is a order pending payment?
It means that the order payment has not been made. We only process the order once payment has been received.
4.3 What is a pending order?
It means that the order is in process and has not been shipped.
4.4 An order has been placed. Can I change your shipping address?
You can change your shipping address by emailing service@mrsiga.com with your order number and correct shipping address.
Normally, if the order has not been shipped, you are free to change the address; If it has been sent, we will contact the shipping company and try to change it, but we cannot guarantee it and it may have an additional cost.
Please make sure the order is placed with the correct shipping address first.
4.5 An order has been placed. Can I exchange the item?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to exchange the item unless there is a quality reason..
4.6 An order has been placed. Can I cancel  it?
You can contact our Customer Service to cancel your order. Non-personalized item may be canceled before shipment. Personalized item cannot be canceled once processed.

5. Shipping
5.1 How can I choose my shipping methods?
Shipping methods can be chosen at checkout.
5.2 When will I receive my order?
We will do our best to send your order to you as soon as possible after it has been successfully placed and paid for. Actual delivery time may vary due to items, shipping methods and other factors beyond our control.
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
processing time : 1-2 business days
Delays may occur during our busy season.
Shipping time:
Expedited: 1-6 business days;
Standard: 3-10 business days.
5.3 Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?
We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses but expedited shipping is not available.

6. Returns
6.1 How to make a return and get a refund?
If you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, you may return it to Mrsiga  for a refund. Please contact our Customer Service at service@mrsiga.com to obtain the return address.
In order to make the return, please confirm that:
-The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date
-The items to be returned have not been used, are not damaged, have not been worn and are in their original packaging.
-You will pay the return shipping costs.
6.2 How soon will I receive the refund?
If the order is paid through Paypal, it takes 2-3 business days for the money to return to the account in which the order was paid. If paying by credit card, it takes 10-20 business days.

7. Account
7.1 What do I do if I forget my password?
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the "Login" page, we will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
